BMW F32 420d (220HP) – Nürburgring BTG lap with fresh Vitour P1 tires (245/40 R18). This is my second attempt with the Vitour P1s. Last time I was running them much more worn, but now with fresh tires the difference is clear – much more grip and confidence both in corners and under braking. Conditions: 16°C, dry track. Even starting on cold tires, they come alive already by the 3rd corner, giving plenty of feedback and stability. Cornering grip really surprised me for such a relatively standard car, and braking performance was even more impressive – ABS engaged less often compared to other brands. I didn’t record an official lap time – I’ll let you guess from the video 😉 Most importantly: the tires held the entire lap without overheating, even when pushing hot lap pace.
